Process Stages

If you choose our "Foundational Coaching Education Package" in our academy, you will complete a 90-hour training program in total. You have the right to complete the program for a maximum of 1 year, provided that your package is completed in a minimum of 6 months from the first day of your education. When you graduate from the trainings, you will be evaluated for the final voice recording. Participants who successfully complete this stage, complete the coaching interview hours offered as a prerequisite for the title receive their sertificates. Main Education Modules – 64 Hours

Portfolio

The elements you need to complete in this study package, which aims to increase your professional knowledge, competence and experience;

Mini Portfolio

Sending five different coaching demos and filling in self-evaluation forms about them
Read at least two of the books in the list to be given and fill in the forms related to them.
Watching at least two of the films in the list to be given and filling out the forms related to them.
Write a personal interpretation of coaching paper of 500 - 1000 words that you will contribute to the field of coaching with a question you are interested in in coaching, a question you want to find an answer to.
Listening to at least 5 teleconferences and filling out the relevant forms

Mentor Coaching

Participants who complete the minimum training hours required by the title during the CF qualification process are mentored before taking the oral and written exam. The mentoring process takes 10 hours in total.

In this process, while you reinforce what you know about basic competencies with your mentor coach, you can find answers to your questions at the end of the training process, and you will have the necessary equipment to prepare for the audio and written exam. Of this 10-hour period, 7 hours are group work, while the other 3 hours focus on your individual coaching performance evaluation.

Module 5	Practice Workshop after the end of the 4th modeule on the following second wednesday and contuniues on the same day time once in every week for 4 weeks between 20.30 and 22.30.

Admission to the training is by telephone interview. Candidates whose values and competencies are found to be suitable for the program during the interview are accepted to the training.
